Flight of the angels, the ultimate view of one of the seven wonders of the world

It’s time to whip out your bucket list. There’s no better way to see the scale, magnificence and beauty of the Victoria Falls than from the air. But it’s not just the Falls that you’ll see from a different angle. Depending on the flight you choose, we also take a whirl around the Batoka Gorge, the Victoria Falls Bridge and the Zambezi River before we fly over the Zambezi National Park where you’ll have the opportunity to spot game from up above.

Our helicopters have specially developed bubble windows for the best views possible, and we don’t sell middle seats, so guests are guaranteed uninterrupted views. Our helipad is five minutes from town, it’s the closest in Victoria Falls, so you’ll be over the Falls almost immediately after take-off.

We will also pick you up for free from any hotel or lodge within the Victoria Falls town area.

Named after David Livingstone’s famous quote, “Scenes so lovely must have been gazed upon by Angels in their flight.”. After take-off we head straight for the Falls. After doing a figure of eight over the Falls, which gives you the best views possible, we head upstream and fly over the Zambezi National Park where you get the opportunity to spot game from the air.

Embark on a mesmerising journey that combines the awe-inspiring Flight of Angels with a breath-taking scenic flight over Batoka Gorge, extending up to Rapid #14 and back. On your return, enjoy another captivating view of the Falls. Our helicopter gracefully hovers just above the gorge, ensuring both safety and environmental mindfulness. This unique vantage point allows you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty and grandeur of this natural wonder, providing the perfect opportunity to capture stunning photographs.

Combine the beauty and thrills of the Flight of the Angels with a flight downstream over the Batoka gorge and additional time over the Zambezi National Park, where you have another opportunity to spot wildlife. This flight gives you the opportunity to view the magnificent Zambezi in its three states: the meandering peaceful river above the Falls, the Falls themselves and the rapids and white water of the Zambezi below the Falls.This flight should not be missed.



How are the helicopters maintained?

Our Bell 206 Long Ranger and Bell Jet Ranger helicopters are the most reliable aircraft on the market. They’re maintained to the highest industry standards as specified by the manufacturer, Bell Textron. We follow the South African Maintenance Organisation and Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe guidelines and our service centre is the only one in Africa that’s International Business Aviation Council and Helicopter Association International accredited.

How do I get there?

We’ll pick you for free from any Victoria Falls hotel.

What is not included?

Please bring cash with you to cover park fees. You can also purchase videos and photos of your experience to take home with you.

What should I bring?

Your camera. Money for park fees and photos or videos.

What should I leave behind?

Anything too heavy or that will take up unnecessary space.

Is there an age limit or weight restriction?

There are no age restrictions, although children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 fly for free, sitting on a parent’s lap. Children over 3 pay full price and have a seat. There is generally a weight limit of 120kg per passenger, but this can often be worked around depending on the weight of other passengers.

Is there insurance?

The company has $5m USD in public liability for in helicopter incidents and $2m for any of incidents outside of the helicopter, this is underwritten by Lloyds of London.
